Refund

If a saree is delivered in a defective or damaged condition, customers are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • If the customer receives a saree different from the one ordered, they are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will only be processed if the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days for domestic orders. International orders may take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination.

Free standard shipping is available for domestic orders exceeding ₹3,000 (or equivalent). For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout. The shop is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
